1. 数据使用目的1. Purpose of Data Use

带货牛 ERP 面向多个亚马逊卖家提供店铺绑定和运营管理服务。卖家主动授权后，系统仅为启用的功能处理 Amazon 数据，包括商品刊登、批量改价、库存同步、订单同步、物流发货、采购管理、售后处理和运营报表。Daihuoniu ERP provides store authorization and operations management for multiple Amazon sellers. After seller authorization, Amazon data is processed only for enabled features, including listing management, bulk pricing, inventory synchronization, order synchronization, shipping, purchasing, customer support, and operational reporting.

3. 买家个人信息保护3. Buyer Personal Information Protection

订单中的买家姓名、地址、电话或其他履约所需个人信息，仅用于订单发货、售后沟通、退换货处理和法律要求的经营记录。带货牛不会出售、出租或用于广告画像，也不会将买家个人信息用于与卖家授权功能无关的目的。Buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, or other fulfillment-related personal information in orders are used only for shipping, customer support, returns, and legally required operating records. Daihuoniu does not sell, rent, profile, or use buyer personal information for purposes unrelated to seller-authorized features.

默认隐藏或限制展示非必要敏感字段。Sensitive fields are hidden or limited by default when not needed.
仅授权员工和卖家账号可访问与工作相关的数据。Only authorized employees and seller accounts may access data relevant to their work.
下载、导出和异常访问会纳入审计和权限控制。Downloads, exports, and abnormal access are covered by audit and permission controls.

4. 数据保留、解绑和删除4. Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion

带货牛遵循最小必要原则保存 Amazon 数据。买家个人信息默认仅在履约、售后和合规记录所需期间保存，且不超过订单交付后 30 天；只有在法律、税务、监管或争议处理要求时，才会在必要范围内继续保留。订单交付后，非必要个人信息将限制访问并按内部保留策略删除或匿名化。Daihuoniu retains Amazon data under data minimization principles. Buyer personal information is retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and compliance records by default, and no longer than 30 days after order delivery. Continued retention is allowed only where required for legal, tax, regulatory, or dispute purposes. After delivery, nonessential personal information is access-restricted and deleted or anonymized under internal retention rules.

卖家可以申请解绑店铺、删除账号数据或导出业务数据。收到请求后，我们会验证身份并在合理期限内处理。Sellers may request store disconnection, account data deletion, or business data export. We verify the requester's identity and process the request within a reasonable period.

5. 安全控制措施5. Security Controls

官网和系统服务使用 HTTPS。访问令牌、密钥和敏感字段采用加密或等效保护方式保存。The website and system services use HTTPS. Access tokens, secrets, and sensitive fields are stored using encryption or equivalent safeguards.

审计与监控Audit and Monitoring

供应商与共享Vendors and Sharing
